# DotAmex API

The DotAmex API is the backend service that powers American Express' internal URL management platform. It enables applications and internal services to create, manage, and resolve vanity URLs, mobile app deep links, QR code destinations, and advanced URL redirections. The API also supports campaign tracking, analytics, and intelligent routing to deliver consistent customer experiences across web and mobile channels.
