#### What if I don't have the authority to accept terms and conditions on behalf of my company?

If you don’t have sufficient authority to accept the terms on behalf of your company, you can have somebody with authority create an account on American Express Developers, and they can accept the terms on behalf of your company. After that authorizing user has their account created and validated, please contact us to provide us with their account details. We will then add them to your project so they can accept the terms.

#### What is 'CDR'?

"CDR" is the acronym for Consumer Data Right, an Australian data privacy, security and integrity measure. CDR is an economy-wide reform that will be rolled out sector by sector. As it grows, it will become more powerful for Australian households and businesses. The Consumer Data Right has already been rolled out to the banking and energy industries, with non-bank lending to follow as the third sector. #### How do I go live?

Sign up or log in, then follow the prompts to request access to the products you want to prototype with.

You may be asked to answer some questions before receiving Sandbox or Production access. Some products have minimum requirements, such as being an American Express accepting Merchant, etc.
