# Appendix

* Benefit: A Card benefit provided by a benefit provider and offered by the Issuer to the eligible Card Members.
* Benefit Providers: Any company that provides a benefit to eligible Card Members.
* Cobrand Card Products: An American Express® Network Loyalty specific Card type built in coordination with an external business Partner. R42 tracks what products and features cobranded Cards have and temporarily stores the points, but the points are transferred to the external Partner. The customer redeems the points through the Partner, external from American Express®.
* Elite - Tier Benefit: Complimentary status in a benefit provider's Loyalty Program, without the need to meet the program's eligibility requirements.
* Loyalty Program: Any loyalty program pursuant to which Card Members are entitled to particular treatment and/or benefits according to their status level in the loyalty program.
* Membership Rewards® Program: The Card Member Loyalty Program operated by American Express® or an Issuer licensed by American Express® to operate the program.
* Points: Points earned under the Issuer's Membership Rewards® Program.
* Servicing Agent: The Customer service representatives for Issuer or their Concierge Provider assigned to address Customer issues or requests.
